Get to know Kristofer

 Hey y'all. I'm Kristofer owner and founder of Twelve Oaks Tennessee Charcuterie & Catering. I was born and raised here in Tennessee. I grew up in South Pittsburg, TN (cornbread country), went to school in Berea, KY, before meeting the love of my life Lindsay and settling down in Eagleville almost 20 years ago. 

My passion for delicious southern foods, lavish presentation, and having a down right good time, took root shortly after the Good Lord saw fit to bring me into this world. 

Growing up I spent countless hours in the kitchen with my sweet Daddy, Memaw, Momma, and anyone else that could tolerate me. However, it wasn't until my Ma & Papa Pelham were taken prematurely that the Good Lord began to bless me with opportunities to travel. That is when my passion truly took flight. From London to Paris, Memphis to New Orleans my travel experiences with my family have never been complete without sampling some of the unique flavors that encompass what various cultures have created and enjoyed for centuries. Some with different tweaks over time, others untocuhed.
